When do you pickup and deliver?

Do I need to be home to use this service?

We pick up and deliver Monday - Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

No. When you place your order, just let us know where you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it.

What is the turnaround time?

Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?

Your clothes can be returned in 24 hours, but you will select a convenient delivery window. Friday orders will be returned on Monday.

Yes. When you place your order, there is a place where you can specify any laundry instructions.

Is there a contract or long term commitment?

What do I put my laundry in?

No. You have the option to cancel at any time, but we know that you will stick with us as long as we continue to give you great service :)

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag.
